Integrate learning tools with instant messaging tools

Integrate learning tools with instant messaging tools

Our challenge, your solutions

Integration of messaging tools, VC tools and teaching information

Create an integration between the instant messaging tools with the video conference tools with the teaching information system.

For example add an option to start a lecture for a WhatsApp group that will work in Zoom and it will be integrated with shared whiteboard / writing tool

Solution description

Application that provides a platform to use multiple applications that are more familiar by all populations.

Through this platform the teacher will combine the familiar tools of massaging systems like WhatsApp to less known features of systems like Zoom.

The application will allow the user to interact more fluently with the students.

Solution context

Some teachers are technophobes and it's difficult for them to use teaching information systems and the students are suffering and get less professional teaching.

Solution target group

Teachers

Solution impact

The impact is that the teacher will be able to create and work in online teaching session more fluently

  • We will have a rating after every session and thus we will know if the system is helping, this will be measured by both students and teachers
  • We will measure how much time is wasted before each session and during on technical issues
  • Amount of time the same user used the new system

Getting tech more accessible

Solution innovativeness

The current solutions in the market but they all are not user friendly for the elderly population and they not provide any integration with other tools like WhatsApp. Other than that they are missing key features like automation attendance check, option to create a session from WhatsApp

From out investigation we didn’t find anything similar on the market so we are going to be on of a kind.

Solution transferability

Yes, we can adjust the platform to be able to use more API’s and thus create more integrations between applications.

Solution sustainability

In the beginning we will work on understanding what capabilities we can get from the tools that we wish to integrate with, for example understand how can we create a bot for WhatsApp that can create automatically a zoom meeting.

As a first step, we will choose a school to be our test site,

We will measure our success by the reactions of the users.

If the result of the test will be positive we will expand our test to all of the schools in this district.

Solution team work

Amazingly, we all were aligned on the solution and the expectations, we managed to work together all the time and push each other to new limits and new ideas.
