Solution description

Mainly we divided our solution to few subtitles . They are

  • Showing the outputs of IoT and make a interest
  • Providing a platforms to improve knowledge on IT (like simple games)
  • Addition of IoT and technical things to ceremonies and festivals that are celebrated as nationally.

Showing the outputs of IoT and make a interest
We mainly targeted young children groups. Because the most free students and they have enough time to practice anything. First of all we have to make a common interest about technical lessons . For that we have to make interest about technical things . So we should show them some outsputs and keep there interest.

Providing a platforms to improve knowledge on IT (like simple games)
Now a days each and every child know how to use a mobile. So, we can make a separate platform and keeps basic programing parts and simple things. Mainly we can avoiding the adiction of games of children through this platforms. We use those platforms for socialies the basics of Iot.

 Addition of IoT and technical things to ceremonies and festivals that are celebrated as nationally.
We saw many kinds of celebrations in Sri Lanka. Sometimes we are interested to doing some little little things at homes. So, we try to socialize our ideas by those ceremonies. By seeing the IoT base technical Ceremony different kinds of age groups started to find informations

 As a Constant plan
We mainly divided some age categories. 8-10 11-16 above 17 . So We implement a solution for those special age groups

8-10 Group-

Mainly the are little in age and the don't know what is the technology. First of all we have to show them what is the technology and what is the IoT. So we have to create a technological environment around them. Then gradually, the started to adjust to the environment and the started to study ho the machines and other things work. Also we have to introduce simple games that based on IoT  and ICT.

11-16 group -

We should start to educate the children in these stage. The also having ICT Subject for there syllabus. So we have to change some small things in this and we have to change the teachers also. Because some teachers are theoretical and some teachers are practical. So, we should put some practical teachers to teach the practical subject such as ICT and IoT. This stage is also more suitable to start the teaching of programing (basic)

Above 17 –

So we can start to teach the basic and advance parts of IoT for this persons.

Solution target group

Mainly we targeted schools student over grade 3. So there is few groups with there age limits.

Solution impact

From the beginning of the formal education children are practicing , how to work with IoT . Then we supply them to proper education(theoretical and practical) by some practical teachers. So gradually whole island practice to make there works easy with IoT

There are few new concepts on our solution.

  • Providing a teacher with sound knowledge of practical
  • Making IoT environment around little children.
  • Holding a huge festivals with joining IoT and technical things and objects.
  • Making simple games for little children to understand a simple cardings.

We think this solution is suitable for any non-developed country too. Because this was created as stage wise.

  Sustainability

First of all , we should hold a pilot project for gathering errors with this system and how about the success of this program. So then we can correct the issues and we can hold this project when it spread to the whole country.

We always discuss and there are some decisions,

  • There should be a processes that in suitable for all groups in the Society
  • To gather information we should hold a survey
  • To present we should record a video of our own presentation
  • The ideas in our presentation was owned by our team members
